As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our collections operations. You will ensure that every interaction meets our stringent quality benchmarks and remains compliant with local lending regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily monitoring and evaluation of inbound and outbound collection calls for quality and compliance.
  • Conduct systematic audits of account documentation and system notes to ensure accuracy and adherence to company protocols.
  • Provide detailed feedback and performance coaching to collection agents to improve recovery rates and customer service.
  • Identify and report on trends, recurring issues, and process gaps within the debt collection workflow.
  • Ensure all collection activities are in strict accordance with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) guidelines and Fair Debt Collection practices.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to calibrate quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly quality performance reports for the management team.
  • Assist in the training of new hires regarding quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of solid experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, specifically within a Debt Collections or BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of debt recovery processes and Philippine lending regulations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
