As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our collections operations. You will ensure that every interaction meets our stringent quality benchmarks and remains compliant with local lending regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily monitoring and evaluation of inbound and outbound collection calls for quality and compliance.
- Conduct systematic audits of account documentation and system notes to ensure accuracy and adherence to company protocols.
- Provide detailed feedback and performance coaching to collection agents to improve recovery rates and customer service.
- Identify and report on trends, recurring issues, and process gaps within the debt collection workflow.
- Ensure all collection activities are in strict accordance with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) guidelines and Fair Debt Collection practices.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to calibrate quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate weekly and monthly quality performance reports for the management team.
- Assist in the training of new hires regarding quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of solid experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, specifically within a Debt Collections or BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of debt recovery processes and Philippine lending regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
