Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of dyed materials to verify color accuracy, uniformity, and compliance with specifications
- Perform quality tests using spectrophotometers and color-matching equipment to detect deviations
- Document quality findings in standardized reports and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with dyeing technicians to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions
- Monitor dye bath parameters (temperature, time, chemical ratios) for optimal results
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during quality checks
- Train junior staff on quality control methodologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in textile quality control, preferably with dyeing processes
- Proficiency in color-matching tools and spectrophotometry
- Strong knowledge of textile dyeing chemicals and their interactions
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail with defect recognition skills
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
