Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products
- Implement and maintain GMP standards across all quality assurance procedures
- Document quality control activities with detailed reports and maintain accurate laboratory records
- Investigate quality deviations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently
- Participate in internal audits and prepare for external regulatory inspections
- Train junior staff on quality control protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy (S1)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in pharmaceutical quality control (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong understanding of GMP principles and quality management systems
- Proficient in analytical testing techniques and laboratory equipment operation
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot quality issues
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
