Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw seafood materials to verify freshness, temperature, and compliance with quality standards
- Monitor production processes to identify deviations and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Perform final product quality assessments including sensory evaluation, weight verification, and packaging integrity checks
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation and prepare detailed inspection reports for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HACCP protocols and other food safety certification requirements
- Investigate customer quality complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1-2 years of quality control experience in food manufacturing
- Familiarity with seafood industry standards and quality control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle quality deviations
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) and local health requirements
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and basic data recording systems
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
