Join SEIV Indonesia's quality assurance team as a Quality Control Staff and play a pivotal role in maintaining our manufacturing excellence. You'll conduct comprehensive laboratory testing on finished goods to ensure compliance with international quality standards, safety protocols, and customer specifications. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify potential quality issues before products reach the market. You'll work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform laboratory testing and quality inspections on finished goods using specialized equipment
- Document test results, maintain quality records, and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Identify and report non-conforming products to production supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry-specific quality standards
- Conduct regular equipment calibration and maintenance checks
- Participate in quality improvement projects and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or laboratory testing
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 5S)
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and measurement tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and documentation skills
