Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct various tests and measurements using appropriate quality control tools and equipment.
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, or deviations from quality standards, initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, quality checks, and product traceability.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and support external quality assurance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., statistical process control, root cause analysis).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
