Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production lines to ensure products are inspected and tested effectively before, during, and after manufacturing.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff to maintain high standards of inspection.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and national legal standards for all manufactured goods.
- Collaborate with production managers to adjust processes based on quality feedback and inspection results.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and defect rates for management review.
- Conduct regular audits of raw materials and finished products to guarantee consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards) and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid work permit and willingness to work in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
