Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily quality control operations and testing procedures
- Implement and maintain quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP)
- Train and mentor QC team members on best practices
- Conduct raw material and finished product inspections
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and R&D departments
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage quality documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in quality control with supervisory experience
- Certification in ISO 9001, HACCP, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in QC testing equipment and software
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations
- Experience in feed or food manufacturing preferred
