Erajaya is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control Supervisor to lead our inspection processes for electric vehicle (EV) units. In this pivotal role, you will be the final line of defense ensuring that every vehicle meeting our customers' hands adheres to the highest safety and quality standards.
As we continue to expand our footprint in the sustainable mobility sector, we need a supervisor who is passionate about automotive engineering and operational excellence. You will oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) workflow, mentor a team of inspectors, and implement rigorous testing protocols to maintain our reputation for excellence in the Indonesian EV market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for all incoming electric vehicle units.
- Supervise a team of QC technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle assessments before dealership distribution.
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections, including battery health checks, software diagnostics, and electrical system verification.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and digital inspection reports for every unit processed.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless unit flow from arrival to hand-over.
- Identify, document, and escalate any technical defects or assembly inconsistencies to the production/engineering team.
- Implement safety protocols and operational efficiency improvements within the QC facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive quality control or vehicle inspection.
- Prior experience in electric vehicle (EV) technology or high-voltage systems is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, scanning software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
