Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop QC team members to ensure high performance and skill development
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and inspection protocols
- Conduct regular product audits and quality assessments to identify improvement areas
- Analyze quality metrics and production data to drive process optimization
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Train staff on quality inspection techniques and documentation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics quality control preferred
