We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
In this role, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
You will design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage across all application layers. Your expertise in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices will be crucial in identifying and resolving defects early in the development lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement automated testing solutions using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define quality acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA, and verify fixes to ensure resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
