- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection protocols
- Analyze production processes to identify quality improvement opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product design and manufacturing standards
- Monitor supplier quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation systems
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Experience with automotive industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
