Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet US manufacturing standards and client specifications.
- Conduct regular audits of production lines to identify areas for process improvement and defect reduction.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to resolve quality issues during the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and manage calibration of precision measuring instruments used for seal and component inspection.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality metrics, inspection reports, and compliance records.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a precision manufacturing or industrial components environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and industrial safety standards.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) tools and quality analytical software.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for industrial seals and subsystems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead quality-focused discussions with shop floor personnel and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to technical challenges.
