Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, monitor, and optimize quality control procedures specifically for the slitting process of packaging materials.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of slitting machines, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Analyze process data, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis for any defects or non-conformances related to slitting operations.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for slitting.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on quality control measures and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and process improvements.
- Participate in the evaluation of new materials or equipment to ensure quality compatibility and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging, printing, or film conversion, with specific exposure to slitting processes.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Familiarity with various quality inspection tools and measurement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is highly regarded.
