Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and HSE policies for telecommunications projects
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits on telecommunications equipment and installations
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and safety incidents, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and industry standards in telecommunications
- Train and educate employees on quality procedures, safety protocols, and environmental standards
- Monitor workplace safety conditions and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Prepare and submit regular reports on quality metrics, safety performance, and environmental compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and certifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and HSE management in the telecommunications sector
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or HSE management is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, equipment, and installation processes
- Familiarity with relevant national and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in working at heights and other relevant safety certifications
- Proficient in using quality control software and HSE management tools
