Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures for construction projects
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and track resolution effectiveness
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality requirements into planning and execution phases
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices
- Monitor supplier quality and evaluate vendor performance
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
