Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with ISO standards.
- Oversee daily field quality control activities and manage on-site inspections to ensure compliance.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, conducting training sessions on quality standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with logistics and production departments to resolve quality issues and streamline processes.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs) for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in a Quality Manager or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using statistical process control (SPC) tools and quality management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
