- Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas requiring optimization in daily workflows and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control processes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of review findings, identified issues, and follow-up action plans.
- Participate in regular quality assurance meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
- Support the team in data analysis related to quality metrics and performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and high analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing standards.
- Eager to learn and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
