Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support daily operational workflows and assist team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and reception.
- Relay messages and information to relevant departments promptly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' levels or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, structured setting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
