- Conduct on-site inspections to verify electrical material quantities and specifications against project documentation
- Validate cost estimates and bills of quantities for electrical works to ensure budget compliance
- Prepare detailed survey reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Analyze construction drawings and blueprints to identify potential discrepancies in material usage
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures for quality control improvements
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and company quality protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Surveyor in construction projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in cost estimation and quantity verification
- Knowledge of construction contracts, tender processes, and project management methodologies
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements in the Philippines
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments with minimal supervision
