Cybalink Solutions is seeking a meticulous Quantity Estimator/Surveyor to join our dynamic team for Australian residential construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for precise quantity take-offs, comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and seamless coordination with project stakeholders. Your expertise will directly impact project accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely execution across residential developments.
As a key member of our pre-construction team, you'll analyze architectural drawings, identify material requirements, and collaborate with engineers to ensure alignment with Australian building standards. - Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural/engineering drawings
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for residential projects
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure scope alignment
- Analyze project specifications to identify material requirements
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and procurement information
- Ensure compliance with Australian building standards and regulations
- Prepare cost estimates and maintain documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience as Quantity Estimator/Surveyor
- Proficiency in take-off software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Experience with residential construction projects
