Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates and quotations for new and ongoing construction projects.
- Manage and process project variations and claims to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Conduct site visits to verify material quantities and monitor progress against budget estimates.
- Prepare and review monthly progress reports, valuation certificates, and payment claims.
- Liaise effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and cost inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, expenditures, and financial reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Quantity Surveying Technology, or a related construction discipline.
- Familiarity with standard construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and calculations.
- Excellent numerical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for site accessibility.
