Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide financial reports
- Assist in tender preparation and bid evaluation processes
- Manage subcontractor agreements and payment certifications
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Track project expenditures and forecast future costs
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual and financial issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction costing
- Proficiency in construction contracts and procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Certification in quantity surveying is advantageous
