Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and updating of tenderer company details and pre-qualification documentation.
- Support the team in conducting preliminary cost estimates and budget breakdowns for ongoing construction projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all pre-qualification information is accurate and timely.
- Assist in the compilation and verification of progress claim reports and variation orders.
- Help prepare summary documentation for tender evaluations and contract administration.
- Perform site visits and document meetings to gain exposure to field operations.
- Maintain and organize project filing systems, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.
- Collaborate with the QS team to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are essential).
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, procurement procedures, and contract law.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, meticulousness, and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new software and industry processes.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
