Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget plans, and tender documents.
- Support the procurement team in evaluating quotations and selecting reliable vendors/contractors.
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and verify work completion against the contract scope.
- Assist with the measurement of construction works and the verification of progress claims.
- Maintain organized documentation for project records, variations, and site instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related cost discrepancies.
- Update internal trackers and reporting tools to ensure project budget compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction technology, measurement techniques, and building materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and architectural specifications.
- Keen interest in the retail industry and commercial construction standards.
- Willingness to travel to various site locations within the Selangor area as required.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
