In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all commercial aspects of large-scale Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects. You will be responsible for ensuring financial profitability, contractual compliance, and comprehensive risk mitigation across all active tenders and live projects. Working a structured 5-day work week, you will lead a dedicated team of quantity surveyors, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate closely with project directors to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

As the QS Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor on all contractual matters, protecting the organization's commercial interests while maintaining strong strategic relations with main contractors and developers. You will play a vital role in steering the company's financial success and market positioning.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the complete commercial and contractual lifecycle of major M&E projects.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure high-performance standards and professional development.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Negotiate contracts with sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate commercial risks and contractual disputes proactively.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, cost cash-flow forecasts, and project valuations for management review.
- Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure project delivery aligns with budget and program goals.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of commercial and quantity surveying experience within the construction industry.
- Strong experience specifically in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works within an L6 Sub-contractor environment.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore construction laws, SIA/PSSCOC contract conditions, and standard measurement methods.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to financial and legal details.
