Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects
- Analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications for financial compliance
- Manage project costs through measurement, valuation, and payment certification
- Monitor project progress and financial performance against budgeted targets
- Handle variations, claims, and final account settlements
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in measurement standards (NRM, SMM) and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Certification from recognized professional bodies (e.g., RICS, IQS) preferred
- Experience with construction accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
