- Manage project costs from initial estimation to final accounts
- Prepare tender documentation and analyze contract terms
- Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analyses
- Track project expenditures against budgeted amounts
- Advise on contractual claims and dispute resolution
- Prepare monthly valuation payments and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards
- Liaise with stakeholders to optimize cost-efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 3+ years of relevant experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction contracts and regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., RQS, MQSI) preferred
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
