You'll play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimation and tender preparation to final account settlement, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance with contractual obligations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Manage and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with budget constraints
- Analyze contractual terms and advise on claims, variations, and dispute resolutions
- Conduct regular site inspections to validate work progress and quantities
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates for contractors and subcontractors
- Develop cost control strategies and optimize resource allocation throughout project phases
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project financial records and contracts
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office suite
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, SIA) and procurement processes
- Certification from recognized professional bodies (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial documentation
- Effective communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
