- Drive cost control measures to maintain project budgets
- Manage claims and variation orders efficiently
- Support project delivery through strong contract administration
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Analyze project financial data and prepare cost reports
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project teams for seamless execution
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Proven experience in cost control and claims management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC terms
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Certification in quantity surveying preferred
