Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast financial risks
- Conduct valuation of interim payments and final account settlements
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and documentation
- Analyze construction methods for cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience beneficial
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Standard Form of Contracts (PWD, FIDIC)
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification from RICS or equivalent is advantageous
