As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial success of our projects. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of cost management, from initial estimation through to final account settlement. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate cost estimation and quantity take-off for upcoming projects and active sites.
- Prepare, manage, and submit comprehensive tender documents and pre-qualification proposals.
- Administer contract documentation and ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations (SIA/PSSCOC).
- Evaluate and process progress claims, variation orders, and payment certifications for subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets closely to identify potential cost overruns and implement mitigation strategies.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve commercial issues.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure alignment with contract specifications.
- Manage the procurement process and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective material sourcing.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in Glodon, Cubicost, or other industry-standard quantity surveying software.
- Strong understanding of local contract law and standard forms of contract used in Singapore.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
