As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, ensuring financial control, cost-efficiency, and successful delivery from inception to completion. You will work closely with our site teams and management to provide accurate estimates, manage contracts, and oversee project budgets. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
- Manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work completed for progress claims.
- Evaluate and settle contractor and supplier invoices, ensuring cost control and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial reports and project status updates.
- Identify potential cost savings and risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle final account preparations and ensure timely project close-out documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for cost tracking and financial analysis.
- Working knowledge of construction software and measurement tools.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Standard Method of Measurement (SMM).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and vendors.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
