MCi Career Services is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Tai Seng. As a Senior Project Cost and Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial stewardship of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, and managing contract administration to ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently and within the allocated financial parameters. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all project cost control and budgeting activities from inception to completion.
- Prepare, evaluate, and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.
- Conduct regular cost reports and variance analysis to track project performance and profitability.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding billing, variations, and claims.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Assist in the final account settlement and project closure procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management within the construction industry.
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related construction discipline.
- Familiarity with local construction standards, tendering processes, and industry practices in Singapore.
- Proficient in construction cost estimation software and MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
