Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage project budgets, cost planning, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost reports for construction projects
- Conduct value engineering analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project expenditures
- Monitor and track project expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and timelines
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve cost-related issues
- Prepare and present financial progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, standards, and industry best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quantity surveying department
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Professional qualification (e.g., RICS, IQSN, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
- Proficient in cost estimation software, MS Office applications, and construction management tools
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and tendering processes
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
