In this critical role, you will take full ownership of the cost management lifecycle. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documents. Your analytical skills will be vital in conducting feasibility studies, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments. You will manage procurement strategies, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and expertly administer construction contracts, including PAM and JKR forms. From initial budget through final accounts, you will ensure financial discipline and accuracy, working collaboratively with project teams to deliver outstanding results without compromising on quality or schedule.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering assessments to optimize project costs.
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering, bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Draft, review, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project expenditures, forecast costs, and prepare regular financial progress reports.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating terms to achieve best value.
- Assess and manage variations, change orders, and final accounts.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure cost alignment with project scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional membership with RISM, BQSM, or similar body is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts (PAM, JKR, FIDIC) and local regulations.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
