Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment
- Review and analyze architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate costings
- Advise on procurement strategies and tender evaluation processes
- Monitor project costs against budget and prepare regular financial reports
- Manage contract variations and prepare interim payment applications
- Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare final accounts and handle contract disputes and claims
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction methods
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements
- Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
