Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Analyze contract terms, variations, and claims to ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and validate cost-related documentation
- Manage subcontractor agreements and procurement processes
- Prepare final accounts and reconcile project costs upon completion
- Implement value engineering solutions to optimize project economics
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, SIA)
- RICS certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
