In this role, you will take charge of the financial lifecycle of our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to prepare comprehensive cost estimates, manage project budgets, and ensure strict adherence to financial limits throughout the construction lifecycle. You will also be responsible for preparing tender documentation, evaluating contractor quotations, and managing variations to ensure project profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure all costs remain within the approved financial limits.
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and evaluate contractor quotations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify material usage, labor costs, and workmanship.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve financial queries and variations.
- Ensure full compliance with local construction regulations and contractual obligations.
- Produce monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts for project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying Technology, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in the Sabah region.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Primavera P6, Bluebeam Revu) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Valid professional membership (e.g., MRQS, Q.S) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
