Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tender processes from document preparation to submission evaluation
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Compute and analyze project costs using industry-standard methodologies
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project expenditures
- Monitor contract variations and prepare cost reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with contractual financial obligations and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial documentation
- Familiarity with construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and Philippine building codes
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Certification (e.g., RICS, PRC Licensed QS) is preferred
