Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditure against the budget and implement cost control measures to minimize overruns.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify work progress and ensure accurate valuation of variations and claims.
- Administer construction contracts, including preparing monthly progress payments and handling variations.
- Prepare final accounts, valuations, and settlement of accounts upon project completion.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian construction laws, standards, and FIDIC contract terms.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide accurate cost reports and financial advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying Technology, or Construction Economics.
- Professional membership with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in using construction software such as Bluebeam, MS Excel, and cost estimation tools.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred.
