Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for construction projects
- Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs and cost analysis of materials and labor
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare monthly financial reports
- Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with suppliers and contractors
- Provide contractual advice and resolve claims disputes
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Prepare final accounts and settlement documents upon project completion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, SIA)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
