Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast financial outcomes
- Manage subcontractor agreements, valuations, and payment certifications
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quantify variations
- Advise on contractual claims, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate cost records and prepare monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in construction cost management
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, PQS) highly desirable
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
