Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budgets, cost planning, and financial controls from inception to completion
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, and variations
- Advise on contractual claims, disputes, and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and cost compliance
- Prepare interim and final payment certificates
- Perform lifecycle cost analysis and value engineering assessments
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve commercial issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, JCT, and local standard contracts
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
