We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Procurement professional to join our dynamic team in the West Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project cost control process, including budget preparation, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and tenders to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements of construction works.
- Administer contracts, including processing variations, extensions of time, and final accounts.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors and suppliers regarding purchasing, delivery schedules, and sub-contract administration.
- Assess and process claims to minimize project risks and financial impact.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are highly desirable.
- Valid work pass for Singapore (if applicable).
