Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets and financial controls throughout construction phases
- Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis for design alternatives
- Monitor contract compliance and process interim payment applications
- Prepare final accounts and resolve contractual disputes
- Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and material usage
- Advise on procurement strategies and supplier negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in measurement and pricing of building works
- Familiarity with standard forms of construction contracts
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
