TWA, Inc. is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team in Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial control processes, ensuring that every project remains profitable and efficient.
As a Quantity Surveyor at TWA, Inc., you will focus on the rigorous review, validation, and optimization of in-house cost estimates. You will bridge the gap between engineering design and financial reality, providing critical analysis that helps our Project and Area Engineers deliver high-quality infrastructure within budget constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Review, analyze, and validate cost estimates initially prepared by Project and Area Engineers to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness.
- Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost breakdowns for various construction packages.
- Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project expenditures against established budgets, highlighting variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure cost estimates align with current supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and tender analysis for potential vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all cost revisions, project changes, and financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Estimator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, material pricing, and regional construction standards in the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
