Lycopodium is a premier global project delivery consultancy, and our Manila office is expanding. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial and contractual success of our large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Working in close collaboration with our Senior Quantity Surveyors, you will play a vital role in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) for large-scale projects.
- Manage the tender and procurement process, including the evaluation of bids and recommendation of contractors.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, verify work done, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Administer construction contracts, including the preparation of payment certificates and assessment of variation orders.
- Provide detailed financial reports, including cash flow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
- Ensure all commercial activities align with company standards, project requirements, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction or mining sector.
- Strong understanding of various contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Professional accreditation or eligibility for registration with relevant industry bodies is highly desirable.
