Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for various construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering assessments to optimize project budgets and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
- Manage all contractual matters, including the preparation, review, and administration of subcontracts and supplier agreements.
- Track project expenses, analyze variances, and prepare regular financial progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement of materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to measure and value completed works, verify progress claims, and process payments.
- Identify, assess, and manage potential financial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree in Construction Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Philippine construction industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of standard construction contracts (e.g., DPWH, FIDIC, local adaptations) and legal requirements in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Professional license (e.g., Civil Engineer or Architect) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
