We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Potong Pasir. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our construction projects, ensuring that financial and contractual outcomes are optimized while maintaining our high standards of structural excellence.
As a Quantity Surveyor at Jangho Group, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial and contractual management across various phases of construction. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the preparation of cost estimates, budget forecasts, and detailed bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify quantities, and ensure work aligns with contractual agreements.
- Administer construction contracts, including the processing of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and project timelines.
- Perform comprehensive cost analysis and value engineering to optimize material usage and project expenditures.
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and cash flow projections for stakeholders.
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing sub-contractors and evaluating tenders for competitive pricing.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably within the facade or curtain wall industry.
- Proficiency in standard construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, or QS takeoff software).
- Strong understanding of SIA or PSSCOC forms of contract and local Singapore building regulations.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills to negotiate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
